I bought a 2016 Sprinter a few months back, was very smooth process even with picking it up in Toronto from Montreal and then back. Russ made things easy and was on top of everything and when something came up he didn’t ghost like others would do and dealt with it swiftly. Will buy my next truck through him within the year. Had some issues when I first bought my van from Smart Cars and Russ gave me a brand new sprinter van as a loaner until my vehicle was fixed. It’s been almost 5 years and I’ve never had any problems with my van since then so I’m very happy! Other companies will not fix your vehicle once you drive it off the lot, let alone provide you with a loaner vehicle so you can continue to work daily. Personally I’ve had great customer service from Russ, he’s a man of his words and I highly recommend!!
